












ESPN 980 is the Flagship radio station for Washington Redskins play-by-play with Larry Michael, Rick "Doc" Walker and Hall of Famers Sonny Jurgensen and Sam Huff. WTEM, WWXX and WWXT make up ESPN 980. The Washington Redskins broadcasts are heard on over 30 affiliated radio stations throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
ESPN 980 is also the exclusive home of the Play-by-Play broadcasts for the Georgetown Hoyas Basketball, Virginia Tech Football & Basketball,
ESPN 980 is operated by Red Zebra Broadcasting. Red Zebra is based in Rockville, MD and currently operates thirteen radio stations. Bruce Gilbert, former general manager of ESPN Radio, was named chief executive officer of Red Zebra in March 2007.
